1+ years of UX research or equivalent experience (internships, academic, design research welcome). - BA/BS or equivalent in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field. - Foundational knowledge of common research methods (usability, interviews, surveys, basic analysis). - Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly through written reports, visual artifacts, and team presentations in collaborative settings. - Proficient written and verbal English language skills
- Exposure to streaming media, music tech, or creative tools.
- Experience with tools like Lookback, Alida, dscout (or similar remote research tools), Miro, or Figma (or similar remote collaboration tools).
- Passion for music, fan culture, or the creator economy.
