**ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner Remote - CDMX (Benito Juarez) and Guadalajara**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute integrations and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and audit CI data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Develop, document, and implement CI governance processes.
- Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management with a focus on CMDB functionality.
- Generate CI data health reports, identifying and resolving data gaps.
- Conduct CI data audits to ensure compliance with established processes.
- Validate CMDB functionality during ServiceNow upgrades and deployments.
**Qualifications**:




- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a **ServiceNow Developer** focused on ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB management and related ITSM processes.
- Experience defining and implementing governance processes for CI data.
- Strong analytical skills to create and monitor CI data health reports.
- **ServiceNow Admin (CSA)** certification is a plus.
- Advanced English (C1 - C2).

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Fully Remote in CDMX ( Benito Juarez) / Guadalajara
