The Commercial Credit Intern will support the GM Financial Commercial Credit team in maintaining and reviewing customer credit files and ensuring proper documentation of insurance policies. This role provides hands-on experience in credit analysis and compliance within corporate regulation.
- Review and track insurance policies from the customers, including renewals, expirations and compliance with GMF’s requirements.
- Assist in organizing and updating dealership’s credit files containing regulatory information.
- Support the team in verifying that all required documentation is collected, filed and up to date.
- Help prepare reports and summaries of the credit file status for the credit team as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and optimization projects in the Dealer Development area.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economy related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer service experience desired.
- Intermediate English desired.
- Communication skills for business.
