**JOB SUMMARY**
**EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS**
- Intermittently functions as project manager, guiding work of team, while coordinating with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed timely.
- Participates in establishing direction of brand design, ensuring elements align with brand standards and aesthetic.
- Selects, trains, and manages interior design consultants as necessary.
- Develops and maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners.
- Monitors the interior design project budget, managing schedules and resources effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Serves as content leader on projects, providing updates internally, utilizing company tools and systems to track and report status.
- Develops and articulates conceptual design ideas, effectively presenting and selling plans to senior executives and property owners.
- Stays updated with the latest trends and technologies to develop and incorporate innovative concepts and solutions to designs.
- Gathers and provides field input to product development group.
- Travel anticipated: 25%-35% CANDIDATE PROFILE Key Skills/Requirements:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, scheduling, project & database mgmt. software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCad, Bluebeam, Adobe).
**Education/Experience**:
- 4-year degree in Architecture or related design discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in architecture at a design firm for large commercial or hospitality projects.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Interior Design license preferred.
- Minimum requirement of 2 years in the Hospitality sector.
- Bi literate in English/Spanish is required, Portuguese speaking a plus
