**Your Job**
As the Coordinator of the Tooling Department, you will be responsible for the overall control and management of the Mold Shop to ensure the proper functioning of all tooling and, as a result, the optimal use of installed capacity.

**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for executing and coordinating the preventive maintenance plan for tooling, overseeing activities and follow-up.
- Ensure effective repair of tooling as required.
- Review product and tooling designs, make necessary modifications, and update CAD files based on customer support for engineering changes to their products.
- Supervise daily shop floor walkthroughs and ensure Mold Shop personnel are present in production areas as needed.
- Prepare reports on preventive and corrective repair times, including KPIs such as MTTR & MTBF.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Advanced conversational English (spoken and written).




- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in molds.
- Expert use of measuring instruments (both parts and tooling).
- Application, adjustment, and repair of molds.
- Management and administration of material resources and personnel.
- Knowledge of applicable environmental legal requirements.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Experience in medical projects or the medical field.
