**What You'll Do ?**
The role is responsible for supporting vehicle engineering in the implementation and monitoring of quality requirements across manufacturing plants. This position ensures alignment with global quality standards and contributes to the successful launch of new products by maintaining documentation, and managing quality-related projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Support vehicle engineering in implementing Quality Requirements and ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Actively participate in Plant Quality Manager and Launch Quality Manager meetings to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage quality-related projects assigned by the Quality Shop Director.
- Present clear problem definitions and provide technical mentorship to Assembly Plant and Engineering Staff.
- Support the launch of new products in the plant when applicable.
- Monitor consistency with Global Metric Definitions and Performance.
- Maintain documentation for Launch Manufacturing Quality Readiness Reviews.
- Ensure proficiency in GM Quality System / GMS BIQ and the Quality Launch Plan.
- Coach, teach, and audit elements of the GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ Principles.
- Provide direct, honest, and professional feedback to Plant Staff and Executive Leadership.
- Maintain and update Quality Requirements and deviations from plants.
- Maintain Cost of Quality reports by Plant.

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, and all Engineering related or related experience.
- Required experience in similar position: 3 years.
- English Level: Advanced.
- Experience in customer interaction and warranty-related processes.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting quality and performance goals.
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
