- erform post-crash test analysis to identify issue root cause and enhance CAE correlation. I
- nterpret CAE/test results and produce concise summaries to be communicated to D&R; engineers and Management. D
- evelop component and subsystem level test methodologies to validate designs in preparation for crash testing. S
- upport design progression with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. D
- rive design changes to ensure Crash Safety compliance. P
- erform optimization studies by means of CAE tools and 6-Sigma Methodology. S
