As a** General Accounting Specialist Senior** you will improve to the strategic direction of G/L accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording of financial information. Your expertise extends to both internal and external reporting, aligning with corporate accounting policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles US (GAAP).
You will report directly to GL Supervisor!

**Main Responsibilities**
- Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Execution and validation of month-end closing reconciliations
- You will participate in accounting close processes
- Accounting and financial support to internal areas, including audit attention and operational requirements
- You will lead continuous improvement and automation projects for financial processes
- Be in charge of preparing and reviewing accounting reports for strategic decision-making
- Identify discrepancies and proposal of solutions to improve the quality of financial information
- Solid knowledge of accounting
- Improve projects focused on automating processes
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields
- Experience with SAP, QAD
- Hybrid mode (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (especially Oracle) and knowledge of general accounting principles
- Advanced English level
