Join our team as **Data Scientist** to maintain ABS eligibility criteria (portfolio projections), execute data mining related to ABS, portfolio sales, and any other financial instruments requiring portfolio data analysis. Develop, implement, monitor, update and calibrate models required by various Nissan areas to enhance the company's data-driven benefits. Create ML, DL, AI, and generative artificial intelligence models that automate processes or improve business decision-making. Coordinate and oversee the integrity, quality, completeness, and security of Nissan information housed within the data lake. Enforce and adhere to the data policy in both model development and stakeholder data usage and access.
**What you will do**:
- Portfolio projections and, when applicable, coordination with the responsible areas to implement necessary changes that maintain the requested portfolio quality for each active or upcoming ABS.
- Safeguard the integrity, quality, completeness, and security of data managed by the data office; any deviations must be reported and managed using established controls.
- Document data policies or procedures in accordance with changes and responsibilities within the designated control scope.
- Establish controls and processes that enhance both the use and security of information.




- Automate reports requested by various areas or those that support decision-making (such as customer hyper-personalization) using the designated tools.
- Monetize data through diverse analyses that enable hyper-personalization of customers and a deeper understanding of the portfolio.

- Internally: Data Office Sr Specialists, Risk Deputy Director, Operations Director, General Director and other Stakeholders.
- Externally: Banks, Financial Institutions, Business Partners, AI or SW Vendors.
**What you need**:
- At least 3 years of experience in data field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Math, Finance or related.
- English Level: Upper Intermediate (conversational).
- SQL, Python, Snowflake, Gen IA, Machine Learning.
- Development and implementation of ML, LLM, DP, AI, generative AI, time series, and classification models.
