- Resort Deck Attendant
- Bar Waiter / Bar Server

**Location**: Onboard luxury cruise ships (general itineraries)
**Contract**: 6-8 months onboard

**About the Role**:

We’re hiring for **multiple levels** across the bar department, and the specific position you’re offered will be determined based on your experience, English skills, and interview performance.
**Responsibilities May Include**:
Depending on the position, your tasks will include:
- Preparing and serving beverages to guests in bars, lounges, poolside, or restaurants.
- Recommending drinks, upselling premium selections, and maintaining deep knowledge of bar menus.
- Setting up and closing stations (including mise-en-place), operating service in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with public health regulations.




- Transporting and replenishing stock and supplies across outlets.
- Supporting resort deck cleanliness, towel service, and guest comfort at the pool area.
- Handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism and service mindset.
- Participating in daily briefings and safety drills.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- ** Experience Required**:
- ** Bartenders**: 2+ years in premium hospitality or onboard
- ** Bar Waiters**: 1-2 years in bar service (ship or shore)
- ** Deck Attendants**: 6+ months in hotel, bar, or cruise environment
- ** English**: Fluent speaking and understanding required
- ** Other Musts**:
- Over 21 years old
- Strong work ethic and stamina (you’ll be on your feet a lot)
- Great grooming & personal hygiene
- Friendly, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Physically fit (lifting, bending, long hours)
