We are currently looking for an administrative Services Agent in our Guadalajara office.
**Position Summary**
This position reports to the Administration Manager and acts as a resource to assist in the auditing of the Call Center Operation teams. The job requires attention to detail, extensive knowledge of services provided, through follow-through and the willingness to lead by example. The person filling the role will be responsible for all aspects specific to the administrative processes and the responses and interactions with our Agents, Clients & Members. This includes, but is not limited to, auditing, incident processing, reconciliations, exchanges, reporting, options, and promotions.

- **Position Type**: Salaried position - This is a full-time position. Not a remote job, this is an in-office job only.
- ** Expected Hours of Work**: Must be available to work any day & time of the week. Must be able to work long shifts based on department needs. Schedule is determined by needs of the business and department.

**Essential Functions**
- Meet or exceed department performance goals including auditing, incident processing, reconciliations, exchanges, reporting, options, and promotions.
- Support daily operations to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and high levels of service are maintained for agents, members, and clients.
- Auditing
- Audit booked reservations and send out Learning Opportunities daily to Call Center Agents and Clients.

- Manual Deposits (24 business hours)
- Process verifications for II and RCI on a daily basis
- Maintain arrivals for II and RCI twelve (12) months out at all times
- Admin - Exchange Queue (48 business hours)
- Manage manual deposit process daily to include following up with members
- Reporting
- Assisting with special reporting such as;
- Waitlist, Reconfirm/Delinquent, Closed for New, New Fixed Weeks,
Options Review, LO Tallies, Foreclosures
- Member Rental Program- Admin - Member Rental (24 business hours)
- Inform necessary parties of program, progress and any assistance needed to service our members
- Loreto Flight Management
- Audit and manage the Loreto Air and Volaris bookings via the designated inbox
- Book, confirm and track flight reservations daily
- E-Blasts
- Creating and processing e-blasts as necessary
- Confirmation Letters
- Managing updates for confirmation letters
- Options & Promotions
- Managing new, update, deactivation of options
- Admin - Promotions and Options (72 business hours)
- Assist Inventory Manager with basic resort inventory functions such as managing "closed out" dates in order to rebook reservations.
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, balancing priorities, managing time, and working with other department leaders to ensure team members have the resources to maximize their potential
- Outbound calls to Members to fulfill their resort requests
- Inventory call outs campaigns
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain an upbeat presence and communicate timely and respectfully with Members, clients, guests and as well as with fellow employees
