RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.
- Develop and implement advanced quality metrics and performance indicators to monitor service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancements.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCCAs) of defective material, and reply customer complaints.
- Lead recurrent communication meetings with internal and external customers.
- Expose the results of the RCCAs.
- Lead gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities and/or root causes.
- Guide customers, if needed, on RMAs (Return Material Authorization) process.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Master degree is a plus




- 6+ years of experience in quality engineering or customer service quality management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin, and root cause analysis.
- Advanced english. Written and verbal. Test will be made
