- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, either in a recruiting agency or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Proven sourcing experience and expertise in developing strong talent pipelines.




- Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, or SuccessFactors ATS.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
