We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Senior Salesforce Tester** to join our dynamic Agile development team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, and problem-solving to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Work as a part of the Scrum team and actively contribute to team success
- Analyze requirements for new features from a testing perspective, provide estimates, and suggest approaches to streamline testing
- Define and document thorough and effective test cases aligned with project goals
- Perform manual testing of new features that are not yet covered by automation
- Collaborate with developers to analyze test results and drive issue resolution
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and regression test suites for Salesforce custom solutions
- Ensure a balance between manual and automated testing depending on project timelines and priorities
- Provide feedback on the testability of new features during requirement analysis sessions
- Validate Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations to ensure functionality meets specifications
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of testing practices across the organization
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing with a focus on Salesforce
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing and automated testing implementation for Salesforce custom solutions




- Proficiency in building test automation scenarios with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman
- Background in working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Docker, with knowledge of integrating automated tests into pipelines
- Strong understanding of both Manual and Automated Testing practices, with the ability to adapt to business needs
- Competency in defining test strategies, test plans, and test environments for complex Salesforce projects
- Mastery of analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate unstructured, fast-paced work environments
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with managing Postman test collections and creating manual test suites
- Skills in tools like Swagger, Salesforce Workbench, and Rally Software
- Knowledge of Salesforce Automation Processes and Spock
- Proficiency in Docker and Groovy for testing and environment setup
- Capability to define test strategies for load testing or modern automation solutions
