**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to support aerospace production.
- Lead process improvements in machining, casting, HIP, and surface treatment to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in new product introductions (NPI), including process validation and capability studies.
- Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and standard operating procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related non-conformities.
- Collaborate with quality, production, tooling, and planning teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.Assist with MES system integration and data capture for traceability and production control.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).




- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the aerospace industry. (preferred) (Industry experience in automotive or industrial is fine)
- Strong understanding of machining and casting processes.Familiarity with heat treatment and surface treatment operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with MES systems (e.g., Solumina, SAP ME, or similar).
- Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific aerospace requirements.
- Exposure to digital manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
