**Job Description for Production & Quality Engineer**
**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality standards and control systems for production processes.
- Monitor and analyze production performance to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and products to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with operations managers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, developing solutions to enhance product quality.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and support production staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools, including statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, particularly ISO standards, is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus.
**Working Conditions**
- This position may require occasional travel to manufacturing sites and suppliers.
- The role may involve working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Pay: $750,000.00 - $1,150,000.00 per year
