**Integration & Automation Engineer /Project-Based**
We are looking for a skilled Continuous Integration & Automation Engineer to support the Lead DevOps & SecOps Manager in reducing technical debt, enhancing integrations, and automating operational processes. This project-based role (~30 hours/month for 3-4 months) will focus on streamlining infrastructure, improving security automation, and enabling faster, safer deployments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the IT Operations lead to identify automation priorities in infrastructure and security workflows.
- Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Create scripts and integrations to connect systems (AWS, SaaS platforms, monitoring tools) for automation and reporting.
- Implement security-focused automation aligned to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Contribute to proactive monitoring enhancements using DataDog and related tooling.
- Strong coding and scripting experience for process automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Proven history of integrating enterprise SaaS tools with automation platforms (e.g., Okta workflows, Zapier, Jira).
- Hands-on CI/CD support in AWS environments.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles using Terraform.
- Security-focused automation from prior SecOps and compliance-driven projects.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing manual overhead.
**Salary: $20,000 MXN Per month.**
**Duration 3-4 months.**
**100% Remote Role 30-40 hrs per month.**
