PropósitoEs responsable del desarrollo de todas las marcas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en la Ciudad de México.El rol incluirá todos los aspectos del desarrollo, como la investigación de mercado, la búsqueda y selección de proyectos potenciales; supervisar el análisis del potencial de los proyectos; preparar contratos y obtener la aprobación interna.Principales conocimientos y responsabilidades- Construir relaciones productivas con propietarios y franquicias, tanto nuevas como existentes con el fin de aumentar el número de habitaciones en México
- Investigar cuentas, identificar actores fundamental y generar interés para el resto de los equipos
- Concretar transacciones y contratos para incrementar el pipeline y lograr los objetivos planteados
- Identificar oportunidades potenciales de crecimiento mediante la incorporación de nuevas propiedades a nuestro portafolioEnfoque en prioridades fundamentales del negocio, entender cómo navegar en la organización para lograr los objetivos y metas del negocio
Monitorear y revisar el desempeño del equipo y el presupuesto contra lo pronosticado
Consultar con las partes correspondientes para lograr acuerdos y eliminar barrerasExperiência y Educación-
- Experiência significativa en firmas de diseño o negocios hoteleros.
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos y entrega de proyectos y flujos de trabajo complejos.
- Inglés Avanzado/Bilingüe
- Título en Administración, Finanzas, Negocios
