We are growing and looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and driven Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our Chapter 13 bankruptcy department.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and object to Motions for Relief and Motions to Dismiss
- Draft and amend Chapter 13 plans
- Oversee the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program process
- Conduct daily ECF review and prepare related filings
- Process car purchase requests and student loan requests through Chapter 13 bankruptcy
- Assist with doomsday plan and amendment deadlines
**Qualifications**
- Required:_




- Customer service experience
- Paralegal experience
- Bankruptcy knowledge
- Bilingual: Advanced English & Spanish
- Preferred:_
- Legal drafting experience
- Paralegal certificate
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
