- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Equipment Maintenance Engineer_ located in _Aguascalientes_
- Example: Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, Equipment Maintenance Engineer role involves working on the special tools industrial projects on going for the different process across the organization. Conducts analysis, design, evaluate, modify, and implement of the equipment / machine improvements across several segments. Supervise, plans and directs technician’s daily basis in order to prevent any downtime in the line providing improvements to the process and equipment._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Daily meeting with CFT related to maintenance issues._
- _ Review the equipment log to fix in a corrective or preventive way equipment failures._
- _ Programs and troubleshoot Machines / equipment._
- _ Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies._
- _ Make machine spare parts inventory and Toolcrib location storage._
- _ Create Purchase Requisition for spare or maintenance necessity._
- _ Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required, during show_

- _ BA/BS Electronics_
- _ Special Tools Preventive Maintenance_
- _ Industrial Robots Programming Experience_
- _ Coordinate and support the Industrial Segment special equipment._
- _ Vision System Experience_
- _ Expertise with PLC and electronic hardware devices._
- _ Confers with all support team personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop corrective action, method improvement to resolve problems_
- _ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components and return to serviceability_
- _ Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings._
- _ Develops preventive maintenance process for the special tools._
- _ Preventive maintenance schedule and program for the special equipment._
- _ Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems._
