- Industry: Automotive supplier industry.
- Subsidiary in Central Mexico, San Luis Potosí, with 1,000 employees.
- The company is looking for an experienced interim CFO to lead and support management in implementing a restructuring strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility as Interim CFO in the management team (together with the CEO as second managing director)
- Management of employees with 5 direct reports and a total of 50 employees
- Responsible for the areas of Finance/Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, HR, and IT
- Strong leadership responsibility with a second managing director, consistent dual control principle
- The company is undergoing a restructuring plan that needs to be fully implemented
- As CFO, monitoring implementation and measuring the restructuring plan, especially cost control
- Implementation of investments
- The management team initiated cultural change,



and it must continue to be implemented
**Profile**
- Several Years of CFO experience with broad responsibility for purchasing, IT, and HR
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry are advantageous
- Experience in companies experiencing a turnaround environment, from cost optimization to restructuring
- Highly people-oriented, with particular experience in change situations
- Languages: Spanish, English MUST (and German advantageous)
- Experience with an international/German corporation would also be adecuado
**Start: Nov 2025**

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per month
