**About the Role**
We’re hiring an experienced **Virtual Project Manager** to oversee the daily planning and execution of residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy position that requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of landscape projects
- Communicate with clients (in English) and field crews (in Spanish)
- Coordinate material lists, delivery schedules, and crew task assignments
- Report regularly and proactively to supervisors on job status and issues
- Update job schedules daily (future and past)
- Ensure customer requests are relayed clearly and executed promptly
- Maintain documentation, task completion tracking, and SOP compliance
- Drive projects to completion with efficiency and accountability
- Additional job-related duties as needed
**Qualifications**
- Degree in related field (required)
- 2-5 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or project management
- Fluent in English (near-native proficiency; written and spoken)
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong operational, time management, and communication skills
- Software knowledge:
- **Required**: AutoCAD
- **Preferred**: SketchUp,



Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, project management tools like ClickUp

- Strong multitasking ability with clear task tracking systems

**Tools & Requirements**
- Reliable high-speed internet and personal computer
- Willingness to be result-focused and available beyond set hours when needed
- Comfortable using digital communication and project tracking tools
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 MXN/month
- Paid vacation: 2 weeks annually
- Bonus opportunities available based on performance

**Schedule**:
- Full-time (Min. 44 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST (on-call from 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM PST (on-call 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
