The Engineer III provide technical support to Engineers I and II for the daily maintenance of the hotel, including both equipment and facilities. Update the Engineering warehouse inventories and ensure it is always stocked with spare parts and materials needed to carry out maintenance on equipment and installations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in at least three of the following areas: electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanics, carpentry, painting, and wall finishing.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas in general.
- Availability for versátil schedules and rotating shifts.
- Service-oriented attitude and punctuality.
