**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- Design and optimize production lines, ensuring effective workflow, material flow, and labor utilization.
- Conduct line balancing studies to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, design engineering) to support changes to products and processes.
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Support the introduction of new products and engineering changes by ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes.
- Use time studies, simulation tools, and data analysis to make informed recommendations for process improvements.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives where applicable to enhance efficiency.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through material, labor, and process optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on manufacturing assembly processes.




- Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, line balancing, and production efficiency.
- Ability to conduct time studies, process flow analysis, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with manufacturing automation, digital tools, and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with precision measuring systems, laser alignment tools, and GD&T; principles.
- Willing and able to travel internationally up to 15%
