**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using **Python** and **Ruby on Rails**.
- Build, optimize, and manage databases and queries using **MySQL** for high-performance data access.
- Implement and maintain **ElasticSearch**, **Redis**, and **Sidekiq** for search optimization, caching, and background job processing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional team collaborations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for scalability and reliability.
- Stay up to date with modern development trends, including **AI-driven tools and automation frameworks**.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **7+ years of experience** in software development, with a focus on **Python** and **Ruby on Rails**.
- Strong experience working with **MySQL** databases, including schema design and query optimization.




- Familiarity with **front-end frameworks** such as **React** and experience with **TypeScript** (nice to have).
- Experience with **ElasticSearch**, **Redis**, and **Sidekiq** for distributed data and background job management.
- Solid understanding of **RESTful APIs**, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with **Generative AI (GenAI)** technologies is a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.
