**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to join our Investments Operations team. This role is idóneo for a data-driven professional with a strong background in financial services who is ready to take ownership of critical data processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain complex datasets across multiple platforms, including client onboarding, financial instruments, valuations, bank accounts, and portfolio structures, in line with governance standards.
- Lead exception reporting and resolution tracking, ensuring timely closure of critical issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Enhance and document data management processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integrity, operational efficiency, and project delivery.
- Respond to data extraction and reporting requests from internal stakeholders,



ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
- Perform regular data quality checks and liaise with relevant SMEs to resolve discrepancies.
- Build expertise in internal systems and tools, becoming a trusted resource for data-related matters.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-6 years of experience in data operations, investment operations, or a related role within financial services.
- Advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to resolve exceptions, complex datasets and resolve data quality issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills is mandatory.
- Proven technical understanding of asset classes, security types, pricing, bank account, corporate action events, dividend processing etc is mandatory.
- Familiar with IBOR platforms such as Simcorp Dimension, Aladdin or Bloomberg AIM etc. is a plus.
