**Planning Manager**
**Location**: Jacona, Michoacán
**Gross Salary**: $30,000 MXN per month

This position requires direct contact with international clients through **video calls, phone calls, and virtual meetings**, so **conversational English is mandatory**.
**Main Responsibilities**
- **Planning and client communication**: Coordinate and communicate fruit availability forecasts, analyzing sales programs and special orders.
- **Relationship with international clients**: Directly manage communication with foreign clients through **video calls, phone calls, and virtual meetings**, ensuring proper follow-up on commitments and agreements.
- **Relationship with purchasing**: Ensure accurate information about supplier delivery conditions and communicate material requirements with specific dates and locations.
- **Supply management**: Validate fruit availability forecasts and communicate product quantities to ensure compliance with client commitments.
- **Logistics coordination**: Develop transportation schedules, optimizing time and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Analysis and reporting**: Generate periodic reports on forecast compliance, deviations, and necessary adjustments.
- **Cross-department collaboration**: Act as the main contact point between departments, fostering effective communication and problem resolution.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field**.
- **1 to 2 years of experience** in planning, logistics, or supply chain.
- **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, advanced functions, Solver, etc.).
- Experience with **ERP, CRM, or inventory management software**.
- **Conversational English (MANDATORY)**.
- Knowledge of **logistics, supply, purchasing, and forecasting processes**.
