We’re Hiring! - Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)
Are you passionate about quality, supplier collaboration, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a SQE Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring top-tier quality from our global supplier base.
This role will be crucial in managing quality systems, conducting supplier audits, and supporting new product introductions—especially within the automotive lighting industry.
What we’re looking for:
+5 years in supplier quality roles
Experience in automotive or lighting systems
Knowledge of B2B supplier portals
Strong command of quality tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D
Valid passport and visa for international travel
Advanced English
Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
**Responsibilities**:
Evaluate, qualify,



and audit new and existing suppliers.Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing teams in new product development (NPI).
Investigate and resolve quality issues related to purchased components.
Implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with suppliers.
Monitor supplier quality KPIs.
Lead continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.
Use ERP or QMS systems for quality reporting.
Utilize and manage supplier B2B portals for communication and quality documentation.
