**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You start your shift by conducting a start-of-shift meeting with your team of 10 operators. You review the production plan and check the status of the drying ovens, and transformers process. You participate in daily escalation routines with cross-functional teams to address any critical issues. Throughout the day, you perform risk analysis, lead EHS and Manufacturing training sessions, walk the floor to ensure safety and quality standards are met, analyze process data, coordinate with technical experts and the oil lab, and implement improvements based on trends. You close the day by reporting key metrics and preparing for the next shift.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 production operators in the transformer drying process.
- Ensure compliance with technical parameters and production schedules.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
- Analyze process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and EHS.
**What You Bring**
- Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in thermal or electrical processes.
- Strong skills in data analysis, digital tools, and process optimization.
- Intermediate to advanced English for technical communication.
- Ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to mixed shifts.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments.

The team works closely with **Production, Quality, Technical Experts, Oil Laboratory, Maintenance, EHS**, and **Production Management** to ensure that each unit meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
