**Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish through various contact channels.
- Listen, understand, and empathize with customer needs and concerns.
- Efficiently multitask using multiple digital platforms and resources.
- Clearly and professionally communicate company policies and procedures.
- Address complaints, questions, and requests with calmness and a positive attitude.
- Handle stressful situations professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Full-time schedule availability.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
