**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.
- Maintain all equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Create, update, and implement maintenance documentation and procedures.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, both internal and external.
- Plan, manage, and verify work completed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with local codes and Modineer standards.
- Ensure all department personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. Review any cost or timing implications with leadership and propose options to minimize downtime and expenses.
- Document and prepare daily progress reports.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
- ** Minimum of 5 years of experience** in industrial maintenance within the metalworking or automotive sector.




- ** Previous managerial experience.**:
- ** Strong knowledge** of maintenance disciplines, including mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
- ** Solid understanding** of facilities, machines, and equipment such as high-tonnage presses, welders, and laser cutting systems.
- ** Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.**:
- ** Strong analytical skills** and the ability to solve technical problems effectively.
- ** Strategic leadership** with a long-term vision.
- ** Knowledge of industrial safety regulations** and quality standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
- ** Effective communication and interpersonal skills,** with the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English fluently.
