The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising and optimize the activities and responsibilities of engineering team to ensure be on compliance with safety, delivery, operational, quality and productivity results. This Role serves as a link between the engineering group and the management team and functional areas, to ensure projects and process are executed according our standards with continuous improvement.

Coordinate and follow execution improvement continuous projects,
Implementation of new technologies to improve our productivity,
Coordinate process optimization projects,
Ensure compliance safety metrics, quality and environmental regulations,




Provide support to other departments for solving problems,

Qualification:
Industrial or Mechanical engineer bachelor degree required
3 to 5 years in manufacturing environment supporting production and new product introduction
Fully bilingual English-Spanish.
Self-directed individual able to deliver solutions.
