**Salary**: $12,000-$17,000 MXN per month

**Role Overview**
- Provide professional phone support in English and Spanish
- Accurately record and manage information in our systems
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow structured workflows with attention to detail

**Experience & Requirements**
