Your Job:
As a Quality Manager at Molex, you will lead efforts to ensure that our manufacturing operations-from raw materials to finished products-meet the highest standards of quality, design, and integrity required by customers and the organization. You will act as a key driver of operational excellence by implementing, maintaining, and evaluating quality programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and instilling a Zero-Defect mindset across the organization.
Our Team:
You will be part of the DDS Division, reporting directly to the Quality Section Manager and supervising a team of Quality Superintendents and Engineers. This team collaborates across the plant and with external customers and suppliers to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction, positioning Molex as a preferred supplier in the industry.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Operational Excellence: Achieve internal and external customer quality targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by setting goals aligned with the plant-wide Annual Operation Plan.
- Implement Quality Management Systems: Ensure compliance, certification, and maintenance of industry-required systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Risk Management: Act as the site quality representative with the authority to stop production lines when unacceptable risks arise, ensuring product quality and personnel safety.
- Promote Zero-Defect Philosophy:



Instill a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to high-quality standards throughout the organization.
- Customer Satisfaction: Position Molex as a preferred Tier 1 supplier by successfully passing customer audits, resolving complaints efficiently, and proactively addressing customer claims.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques (SPC) and tools such as MiniTab or equivalent statistical software.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with the ability to communicate fluently across contexts.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Familiarity with special customer or automotive industry requirements like BIQS, VDA, Q1.
- Experience deploying FMEA and Control Plans, preferably using electronic tools such as Stature, Plato e1ns, or QT9.
- Multilingual capabilities and international work experience.
- Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Visio, and Plato e1ns.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
