**Graphic Designer**
**Team**: Thread Creative
**Location**: LATAM or EMEAI (Remote)
Full Time (40 hrs per week)
**Overview**
The Graphic Designer will be a key contributor to Thread Creative’s design team, supporting strategic marketing campaigns across verticals. This role requires a strong grasp of visual storytelling, brand alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Designers work closely with Art Directors, Content Leads, and Campaign Managers to deliver high-impact creative across digital and print channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with PTC brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Content Leads to ensure consistency and clarity across deliverables.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.




**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Familiarity with Workfront and collaborative design workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and proven aptitude leveraging AI tools to increase speed and efficiency within creative workflows.
