**Role Description**:
- A seasoned and self-starting User Experience (UX) Researcher. As an individual contributor, but part of a larger LOB research team, this person will work closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to conduct moderately complex research initiatives from start to end.-
- Through the guidance of the Senior Lead UX Researcher, they will lead efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch, ensuring design solutions are intuitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our clients.-
- This role will leverage a wide variety of research methods, testing, metrics, and insights to prove solutions and designs.
