Here’s what you need to know about this position:
**THE WORK**
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for design, creative, and supporting technical roles.
- Source, screen, and engage top talent using creative outreach and storytelling.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for design and creative roles, including Product, UX/UI, Brand, and other visual/digital positions.
- Keep pipelines for technical and data roles, like Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data Analysts, and ML/AI Engineers, as needed.




- Track metrics and collaborate with the talent team to support hiring goals.
**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on creative and design roles.
- Passion for finding amazing talent in design, UX/UI, Brand, and creative disciplines, with some experience in tech or data roles.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, Dribbble, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles at the same time.
- Experience in startups, digital agencies, or creative environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
