- Cost analysis and purchasing budget management
**Activities**:
- Manage the purchasing process, from requests for quotes to the issuance of purchase orders
- Ensure that purchases are made within the allocated budget and that the deadlines established by internal departments are met
- Oversee the delivery of products and services, ensuring they arrive in the agreed quantities and quality
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers according to quality, price, and delivery time requirements
- Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers




- Evaluate the best purchasing options in terms of cost-benefit, always seeking expense optimization
- Participate in the preparation and review of purchase contracts, ensuring that the terms are favorable for the company. Participate in the bidding process
- Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage product inventory, monitoring stock levels
- Ensure that all purchases comply with internal policies and current legal, fiscal, and environmental regulations
- Manage complaints from internal departments related to delivery times or the quality of purchased products
- Upload payments to the system and follow up until the process is complete
