We are seeking a **dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician** to join our growing technical support team. We are looking for somebody with strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in English—both written and spoken.
Main tasks:
- Provide responsive and professional technical support to users, both internal and external.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report recurring technical problems to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Assemble and configure computer hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
- Format and reinstall operating systems as needed, ensuring proper setup and security compliance.
**Requisites**
- **Mandatory Fluent English (spoken and written)**: Must be able to communicate effectively with international colleagues and clients.
- **Mandatory Customer Service**:



Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude when dealing with users and clients.
- **Mandatory - Availability**: Willingness to work adaptable hours, including **night shifts** and weekends when required (specially during the training period)
- **Mandatory -**IT Service Desk / Help Desk experience,
- **Mandatory -**Experience working with different versions of Windows
- **Mandatory -**Experience formatting computers
- **Mandatory -**Experience assambling computers
- Desirable an IT bachelor degree or any IT related career
- Experinece working with ticketing systems
- Knowledge with SLAs
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience working with Office365
- Networking basic knowledge, experience configuring networks
- ITIL best practices knowledge
