How you will do it:
- Support in monthly financial results and variance analysis vs plan, forecast, and prior year.
- Support all month-end close activities for plant.
- Support between plant and Business Center.
- Support with internal control compliance
- Support for annual physical inventories.
Analyze operating expenses in detail and partner with operation leaders to develop actions to improve performance.
What we look for:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Bilingual 85%+
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Excel,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Capable to communicate fluently and partner with operations
