Are you passionate about process optimization and delivering exceptional user experiences? Join us as a **P2P Solutions Specialist (Analyst)**, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
About you
- Become a trusted expert in **OneBuy (Coupa)**, supporting users and improving system adoption.
- Provide hands-on support to the **IOPC team**, escalating issues and updating training materials.
- Lead and contribute to **continuous improvement projects** across the P2P process.
- Partner with internal teams to identify process gaps and drive **root cause analysis**.
- Collaborate with employees across departments to **stress-test ideas**, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation.
- Analyze **P2P KPIs**, track performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
**Profile**:
- Strong understanding of **P2P processes and systems**.
- Experience with **SAP** and **Accounts Payable** operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to **extract and interpret data** from various systems.




- Skilled in **cross-functional collaboration** and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly.
- Passion for **continuous improvement** and process innovation.
