**Home Office Customer Service Representative - Confie Tijuana**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming client calls to confirm or** reschedule** calibration appointments.
- Update and manage client** information** using the internal proprietary **software system**called Plus.
- Track all** phone calls** and dispositions using the Five9 system.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**
- **Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)**
- **Strong skills in Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.
You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
