Are you currently studying **Systems, IT, or a related field** and would like to gain experience in the technical support area?
**Requirements**:
- Able to read and understand English (B2 level or higher)
- Minimum of 6 months of previous job tenure (any field)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Technical support skills or basic knowledge from studies or previous job (required)
- Schedule availability
- Basic Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, communication tools)
- Multitasking abilities and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
