We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team on a short-term contract. The role will focus on managing customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate cash flow during a period of increased workload.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance) to address billing or payment issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong Excel and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Contract Details**:
- Duration: 3-4 months with potential extension based on business needs.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
