**Requirements**
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with **active, unrestricted medical license in Mexico**.
- Minimum of **5 years post-residency clinical dermatology experience** (practicing or previously practiced).
- Strong ability to identify and describe dermatological conditions using precise medical terminology.
- **English fluency required**.
- Prior experience with image annotation or medical education preferred.
