Main Responsabilities**:
- Lead the complete Harness Design process for different projects by following the John Deere processes and requirements.- Make critical decisions for harness design and/or electrical engineering for different projects.- Identify and work on harness design process improvements and new tools development.- Analyze design problems, provide several design alternatives and choose an appropriate solution.- Provide guidance to less experienced designers.
** What Skills You Need**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience with Mentor Graphics Capital Harness Systems
- Experience with PTC Creo Parametric and PTC Windchill
- Good knowledge of SimStress simulations
- Knowledge of CAN physical layer requirements
- Familiar with the John Deere EPDP process
- Project planning experience
- Strong English skills, speaking and writing
- Drive for Sustainable Results
