You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Chihuahua location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing product quality, optimizing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability in the market.
- Lead and manage quality engineering initiatives, ensuring the implementation of robust quality control processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancements.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 6 or more years of experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques to support data-driven quality initiatives.




- Experience with advanced quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
**WE VALUE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field.
- Experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
