**Core Responsibilities**:
- Report any kind of incident occurred in LOM, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
- Follow established guidelines as outlined in the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
- Actively participate in activities concerning the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
- Align with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSA'S 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
- Deliver on time and follow established processes and procedures for environmental protection. Handle waste and recycling accurately. Use resources like water and electricity accurately. Report any missing materials for these processes accurately. Also, contribute any continuous improvement ideas passionate about environmental protection.
- Use systems to support root causes in analysis.
- It’s an example in the behavior regarding safety, wellness and quality work (Role Model LEGO)
- Challenge current processes and implement improvements based on operator feedback and process and information analysis, VSM analysis and time and / or process engineering analysis.
- Conducts day-to-day operations in accordance with weekly and monthly plans.
- Perform and support the rest of the team to perform root cause analysis based on data, using the tools of continuous improvement, in order to avoid failures in processes or machine.
- Develop, maintain and improve the competency system for operators and White collar.
- Budget area supervising / continuous improvement in all KPIs, oriented with improvement aspects.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the LCI program within the Warehouses areas.
- Supervise and coordinate inventory accuracy
- Responsible for continuous improvement, optimization of processes and elimination of waste in the Material Flow.
- Manage efficient operations to minimize floor orders becoming urgent.
- Responsible for analyzing data related to HBW operations and defining flow capacities.
- Responsible for balancing resources (forklifter and personnel) between both buildings according to insights drawn from data analysis in Collaboration with Production Planning.
- Responsible for leading general projects to the local environment
- Manage a flow of material that allows you to save costs to the organization.
- Local Consolidation forecast and analysis (WH capacity-HC-equipment)
- Lead projection of Flow of materials related to FMC and labor (simulations for WH and HBW)
- Annual forecast of HC and equipment (Initial/Detail estimate)
- Lead to define new work structure for new shift pattern based on business needs(4x4 to 4x3)
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Demonstrate experience as Production Manager, Warehouses, similar positions.
- IT: PC proficient, Excel intermediate
- Experience in SAP, PowerBi
- Skills: Database management and analysis, problem analysis, results-oriented decision making, and supervision of staff.
- Knowledge: WMS systems, logistics and wh processes, automatization, Microsoft Office, Lean manufacturing, industrial safety.
- Demonstrate skills of Leadership
- English fluent level
**Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position**
