We are looking for a **high-level Web Developer with a strong eye for design and cutting-edge automation skills** to join our growing international team. This role blends **development, UX/UI sensibility, AI tools, and workflow automation** into one powerful position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain **high-performance websites in WordPress**.
- Build, customize, and optimize **WooCommerce stores**.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create **visually appealing, conversion-focused interfaces**.
- Integrate **AI tools for code generation, optimization, testing, and workflow efficiency**.
- Develop custom plugins, themes, and advanced WordPress functionalities.
- Optimize websites for **speed, SEO, security, and scalability**.
- Manage hosting environments, backups, performance, and security layers.
- Connect websites with **CRMs, payment gateways, marketing tools, and databases**.
- Provide technical support, updates, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- **Advanced WordPress development** (themes, plugins, custom post types).
- **WooCommerce** setup, optimization, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- PHP
- REST APIs




- **Automation platforms**:
- Airtable
- Zapier (plus)
- Experience working with **AI development tools** (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, code automation tools, etc.).
- Solid understanding of **UX/UI design principles** and modern web aesthetics.
- Experience with **responsive design and mobile optimization**.
- Basic to intermediate **SEO and performance optimization**.
- Version control systems (**Git/GitHub**).
- Familiarity with **security best practices**.
- Experience integrating **payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools**.
Languages
- **Fluent in English and Spanish** (spoken and written)
