We are looking for a **bilingual Community Manager with strong Paid Media experience** to join our in-house team in Cancún, Mexico. This role is focused on building brand presence, scaling reach through organic and paid strategies, and transforming content into measurable results. This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X
- Execute organic content strategies and paid media campaigns
- Develop scripts for short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads)
- Launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Balance organic reach and paid growth strategies
- Conduct ongoing trend research across platforms (formats, hooks, narratives, sounds)
- Monitor analytics, report performance and optimize content and campaigns
- Collaborate with design, video and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms and new content formats
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience as a Community Manager and Paid Media Specialist
- Strong understanding of organic and paid social growth
- Experience scripting content for social media and advertising
- Hands-on experience managing ad accounts and budgets
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong copywriting skills
- Data-driven mindset with creative execution
- Highly organized and proactive
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, medical or biotech brands
- Knowledge of funnels, lead generation and conversion strategies
- Experience working with video-first content
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Asana, Notion or similar tools
